Kevin M. Whiteley
About
Mr. Whiteley is the founder of the law firm and practices in all areas of criminal law in both state and federal court. He also practices in the areas of contracts, real estate, business formation and litigation, domestic relations, and appellate law.
Mr. Whiteley has worked as a lead attorney with the Missouri State Public Defender System on several hundred criminal cases, ranging from state traffic violations and misdemeanors to complex felonies. He is also a former Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and Border Patrol Agent with the U.S. Border Patrol. He utilizes this unique work experience, training, and background in the vigorous defense of his clients.
